Autask is an iPhone task manager that automatically schedules your tasks into the free slots of your Google Calendar each night.
Why Autask asks for calendar access. It requests exactly two scopes and nothing else. Read-only access to your events is used solely to find free time: only the start time, the end time and whether an event is all-day are used. Event titles, attendees, locations and descriptions are never read, never stored and never transmitted — Autask has no server, so there is nowhere for them to go. Access to calendars the app itself creates lets it write scheduled tasks into one dedicated calendar named "オータスク". Autask deliberately does not request the broader calendar scopes, so it is technically incapable of modifying or deleting your own events. See our privacy policy.
